Ordering with Paypal
To place your order with Poochie Amour, click on the 'add to basket' buttons next to the product you wish to purchase. These items will be put in your shopping basket and you can pay for them through Paypal Secure Payment after clicking 'Continue to Payment' from your Shopping Basket page. You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal to pay for your dog's goodies.
Ordering by Cheque
If you would prefer to pay by a cheque in the post, download and print out the Poochie Amour order form. Click here to download the order form.
After you have filled in the form with your choice of dog accessories,
and worked out your total, just pop the form in the post with a cheque
for the full amount.

Paying by Cheque
If you choose to pay by cheque, please make it payable to Poochie
Amour Ltd. Please ensure when you send your cheque that you've written
your cheque guarantee card number and expiry date on the back.
Delivery
Our standard charge for delivery on orders of £10 and over is £5 and applies to all mainland
UK orders (For orders under £10, the postage is £2.50). We will dispatch your order the same day, where possible, that
we recieve your payment or your cheque clears. We aim to deliver your item within 10 working days.
If an item is out of stock, we will give you an estimated delivery date
when you place your order.
We calculate our overseas orders' postage on an individual basis, please
call or email us if you have any questions.
Returns
We will exchange or refund any item with which you are not happy, as long
as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact. Return postage
will only be refunded if the goods are faulty. Ask for proof of postage
from your Post Office. We cannot refund items lost or broken during transit.
